How is a gift card redeemed?
When booking online, enter the gift-card number as the payment method at checkout. It can also be presented at Jump & Climb for an eligible in-venue purchase.
Can the recipient choose their activity?
Yes. The gift-card balance can be put towards eligible Jump & Climb products available when they book.
What if the gift card does not cover the full booking?
The remaining amount can be paid using another accepted payment method during checkout.
Where can I check the expiry and conditions?
The applicable expiry date and gift-card conditions are shown in the ROLLER purchase information and the recipient's gift-card details.
