Bookings & arrival

Do we need to book?

Bookings are highly recommended and general session bookings should be made online. Popular sessions can sell out.

How early should we arrive?

Arrive at least 15 minutes before the booked session. Sessions start on the hour and late arrival reduces your activity time.

Where can I see current opening hours?

Session and closing times can vary. The live online booking calendar is the most reliable source before you travel.

Ages, clothing & supervision

What are the age limits?

Jump is for ages 2+, Climb is for ages 4+, and Combo is for ages 4+. The toddler area is for children under 2.

What are the weight limits?

The maximum is 120kg for trampolines and 140kg for Clip 'n Climb walls.

What should participants wear?

Wear comfortable active clothing. Jump & Climb grip socks are compulsory for trampolines. Enclosed shoes are compulsory for climbing.

Do parents need a ticket?

Spectators do not need a ticket. Anyone entering or using the equipment must have the correct paid ticket and wristband.

Can children be left at the venue?

Children cannot be left without parent or guardian supervision unless they are 13 or older. Jump & Climb is not a child-minding facility.

Parties & groups

How many guests are needed for a party?

Parties require at least 10 participating guests. Weekday and weekend booking options are available.

Can we bring a birthday cake?

Yes, booked parties can bring a birthday cake and candles. Refrigeration is not available.

How do school and group bookings work?

Discounted group bookings are available for 15 or more participants. Jump or Climb is $22.50 per participant and the Combo is $40. Email the team to request the school information pack or available dates.

Accessibility & comfort

Do you accept Companion Cards?

Yes, authorised Companion Cards are accepted for participants who need assistance. Present the card at the counter. Conditions apply for assistants using activity areas.

What happens during Sensory Hour?

Music is reduced, lighting is softer and participant numbers are limited. Sensory Hour is scheduled for 2pm Mondays and Thursdays, subject to the live calendar.
