Upgrade prices apply to every participating child. One package level must be selected for every participating child. All parties require at least 10 participating guests.

Print the template at home, then add the party date, arrival time and guest details. Remember to list an arrival time 15 minutes before the booked session.

Before the big day
Party bookings are available online up to three months ahead. Please put an arrival time 15 minutes before the booked start time on your invitations.
When do we confirm guest numbers?
Confirm final numbers by the Friday before your party. You will be charged for the confirmed number, and extra guests cannot be added on the day.
Can we bring a birthday cake?
Yes. Bring your own cake and candles. There is no refrigeration, so please choose a cake that does not need to be kept cold.
Can guests return to the equipment after food?
No. Once the activity has finished and the group moves to the party room, guests cannot return to the activity equipment.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 14 days before the party receive a full refund. Inside 14 days, the refund is reduced by $150. Rescheduling is at the manager's discretion and subject to availability.
